Mistress Jess is the voice behind Domina Lab, the YouTube channel and site where chastity is taught as a discipline, female dominance is taught with care, and BDSM basics are taught with consent and safety first.
The position is simple, and it runs through everything here:
- Control isn't willpower. It's a practice. Systems beat motivation: clear rules, a daily check-in, and a weekly review.
- Discipline, not punishment. Chastity, rules, and rituals are tools for focus and devotion — not shame, not humiliation for its own sake.
- Consent and safety first. Everything here follows the SSC and RACK frameworks: sane, safe, consensual — and risk-aware. Nothing on this site asks you to do anything unsafe.
- Direct, without shame. These topics are normal adult topics. They get talked about here the way they deserve: clearly, calmly, and without euphemisms.
What Domina Lab is
Domina Lab is the channel — youtube.com/@dominalab — and this site is its library. Every video gets its own article here, so the ideas don't disappear into a feed: you can read them, find them again, and go deeper with the guides.
New videos come out three times a week — Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays — and the daily practice between videos lives in Control Diario, the app on the waitlist now.
